This 18,000 BTU mini-split quick connect outdoor unit from Perfect Aire will swiftly heat or cool a single space without the need for clunky and inefficient ductwork. It’s a cinch to install outside, bringing year-round comfort directly to the source. And just like that, you have zoned heating and cooling. Not only will you save on your energy bill with this highly efficient system, you’ll also boost the health of your household. No ducts means no trapped dust or allergens, so bring on spring.
The Perfect Aire 18,000 BTU outdoor condenser can be set on a concrete slab, equipment pad or attached to a wall. The quick connect line set and communication cable complete the refrigerant line and electrical connections at the condenser. The outdoor coil features Golden Fin anti-corrosion coating that withstands corrosive outdoor elements.
